1,Feed System:

Special stud is used to achieve optimal exhaustion for the material.The temperature of fed materials is controlled by the circulating hot kerosene to avoid jamming while increasing the feeding speed.

2,Injection System:

The German Resistance Scale is used by using “cc” as the measuring unit.The temperature is controlled by the circulating hot kerosene to achieve accurate injection while avoiding jamming.

3,Transfer Injection Plate Mechanism

Machine forward and backward function is designed for easier material cleaning while avoiding jamming.

4,Safety Design

Safety Sensor is installed to prevent the operator from causing accident due to negligence.
